McDonald's in Augsburg

A lot of the cars in front of me were great and still went really quickly a real positive surprise I'll definitely be back and gladly. Thanks to the nice Mc Donalds team in Göggingen

In one out of four cases, the order AND payment in the app works, today it didn't work. I should come in, go faster anyway. I even checked that everything was there - unfortunately not paying attention to the sauces. The 2x7 cheese croissants should be accompanied by 2x2 cranberry dips, ketchup with the fries and sweet and sour dip with the chicken nuggets - everything is missing. Last time the cheese croissants AND dip were missing. Was my last order, the shop turned out really bad, has now reached the level of Hendrikx ...

You only got 2 stars from me because my food was almost cold, especially the fries.

At the moment it's still my absolute favorite McDonald's for Augsburg when a mask is required! There is seldom anything missing, food is served quickly, food and drinks have usually been hot so far and connoisseurs know what I'm talking about when I say that the Coke also tastes like Cola. Great cappuccino is served and that just rounds off! When you have ??ü?? there is something for the eye. Sometimes women work that would be too good for me personally for the counter.

In a nutshell, dirty shop. I just got really excited! The security is only for decoration!

Greetings to the management and to the old quirk at the "second window" who doesn't feel like her job at all. Already at the intercom totally annoyed and unfriendly although nothing was going on, I had the honor because two vehicles were in front of me to watch you roll your eyes at least 20 times within the five minutes that I stood there.

Food was cold and the pack of 20 chicken nuggets was empty. Absolute rubbish. We checked in the car that everything was there, but that nothing was in the packaging is naughty.

Sometimes the employees are simply overwhelmed and it takes a long time until the order is ready. And then you also forget 20 nuggets which cost 8 euros, an outrage!

For us the food was ice cold, french fries felt like yesterday and there are also unfriendly employees. We got 16 sauces for two menus but none that we had ordered. Very long queuing times were also the case. I'm going to eat this Mc Donald's no more. thanks

If the boss isn't there, it's a catastrophe. Really. The employees are brutally unfriendly and almost fall asleep while working. When the boss is there, the place runs great and the food also looks fresher. 5 stars for the boss and -3 stars for the employees.

Very good exslence

Good measures regarding the pandemic, but here you can tell when it is too full that every table is occupied and the staff is only behind the counter. When not too many customers were present, the table next to us, which was not occupied, was wiped 4 times within half an hour. The tables around us, including ours, were dirty when we arrived and weren't cleaned. Toilets were standard in terms of cleanliness, as one is used to. Otherwise the service was very friendly and the food tasted as always. So all in all like a classic McDonalds. As a tip, wipe the table at regular intervals. Sometimes not at all and sometimes far too much doesn't make sense.

Pleasant atmosphere, friendly staff, you can relax for a few minutes here.

Very nice and friendly staff. Even with a change in the order we were helped very quickly. The food was served quickly to the table. The restaurant was also very clean and tidy. The new facility is doing very well and looks comfortable. All vouchers were accepted without any problems. That's how I imagine service. Free parking is available in front of the restaurant. We will be back.

I have been there twice, every time I ordered from the Mac café, Apart the speed of service, which was a little slow because of many orders, everything was good. In comparison with other branches it's cleanliness is much better.

I'm loving IT!!!

Very nice after refurbishing. Usual Mc food. If u know what u will eat, the rest is very good. Nice outdoor sitting area, even if along the town highway. McCafe' available too. Conveniently located in a small shopping area, with ARAL petrol station & several supermarkets, very close to old university & not far from new university area & Augsburg exhibition facilities.

Good designed location, good shielding with glass from the traffic, of the near "B17". Easy to reach and easy to continue.
